Two of my favorite things in this world are fashion and travel.  I know, easy for me to say, as I sit, typing this,  poolside in Carmel, California but it's the truth.  I love the exploration, the experience of meeting new people, new cultures, new fashions.  That is why I have to share with you Everlane's newest social media campaign, #whereitravel.

  For those unfamiliar, Everlane is a a web-only retailer that specializes in basic, high quality tees, at affordable prices.  They have developed a uniquely transparent business model that emphasizes customer awareness of things often left undiscussed in the world of fashion; things like factories, costs, production processes, etc.  Their online only presence also allows Everlane to minimize overhead costs, and mark up dollars, in turn passing the savings onto the customer--another plus.  The end result is a beautifully curated and endlessly versatile clothing line, one founded on ethical principals, and affordable costing.  

Now onto the travel component. Enter a clever marketing team, Instagram, and the tagline #whereitravel and you have my new goal of the summer.  All you have to do is simply tag your travel photos on Instagram with the hashtags, #whereitravel, #everlane and you come fall you could find your vacation memories hanging on a gallery wall in NYC!  How cool would that be?  And, if you're currently sitting at your office desk, uninspired (and probably hating my guts) go and check out all the photos that have already been tagged.  It's enough to inspire the wandering gypsy in anyone.  Alright now enough typing, I have to go find a photo worthy of a spot on that wall.  Game on, grammers!
